Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds after an order is placed.
Upon order placement, we will send a purchase confirmation and order number to the email provided. When the item(s) ship, you will receive an additional email with shipping information along with a tracking number. Typically, orders are fulfilled within 3 business days from the purchase date.
If the order is delivered with defective packaging, please send your order number along with images of the packaging to hello@simplebeans.co to request an exchange.
